Robyn's Story

Robyn Scott is an award-winning interior designer with a portfolio exemplifying top-level expertise and elite clientele. Since opening her Aspen-based design firm in 2001, Scott has garnered acclaim for her unique vision and holistic approach to interior design. Robyn believes that design elicits emotion and it’s her role to bring a deeper meaning and connection to the client and how they relate to their spaces.  Backed by a team of leading contractors, vendors and suppliers, Scott delivers spaces that exude connections to the environment, sophistication, and elevated living.

Based in Aspen, Colorado, Robyn has an interior design degree from Colorado State University and studied design in Florence, Italy. The combination of her travels to Europe and throughout the Western United States enables Robyn to create sophisticated, yet comfortable, interiors, which maintain a relationship to the outdoors through organic elements. She loves skiing, golf, tennis, hiking, biking, and spending time with her family – husband Craig, son Jackson and daughter Kate.

Robyn Scott Interiors has been recognized by many of the country’s top design publications including Architectural Digest, Robb Report, Luxe Colorado, Mountain Living’s “Top Architects and Designers,” Circle of Excellence 2020 for Colorado Homes & Lifestyles, Best of Houzz, and first-place awards in residential design by the American Society of Interior Designers.

“What I love most about what I do is creating spaces that bring a sense of peace and joy to my client’s lives.  I believe that an interior space should be a reflection of the client and it is my role to interpret what that will be.”

Scott’s projects have ranged from multi-million dollar custom resort residences to elaborate hospitality projects, throughout the world from Colorado to New York to Baja and beyond; including the complete remodel of the 10,000-square-foot Sardy House, an Aspen landmark built in 1892 with renowned Harry Teague Architects; the Trump Baja Ocean Resort, including 188 units, lobby, restaurants and luxury spa with project partners, Guerin Glass Architects New York; and multiple custom built and full-scale remodels in Aspen and Snowmass ranging from 2,000 square feet to 10,000 square feet, delivering her clients the best value at top markets.

Scott’s involvement in her community range beyond her role as interior designer.

She is an enthusiastic supporter of a wide variety of arts organizations including Aspen Santa Fe Ballet, The Aspen Institute and Aspen Art Museum.
