HOW WE PARTNER WITH CLIENTS TO TAKE ON THE CHALLENGES THEY FACE WHEN DESIGNING A NEW HOME

Firstly, we provide value for our client’s by offering premier design services and proposing product of value and at a fair market price.   We take our clients through the steps of understanding the difference in price, quality, and customer service around their design choices.  We are up front and transparent in our pricing.  Our mission is to ensure that our clients know and trust that we have their best interest in mind when it comes to their investment in their home.

Secondly, we are connected to a multitude of suppliers and have a vast knowledge of all the potential sources to design a home.  Where a client sees approximately 30% of possible sources through advertising and websites, we are exposed to a broader base of vendors, through trade shows, outside sales representatives, and setting aside time to research new product and comparison shop for each project.  This “behind the scenes” design work is crucial to a successful project with competitive pricing.

Thirdly, we respect and value our client’s time.  We act as our client’s representative during all design phases, from managing the furnishings procurement process to overseeing that the design is being implemented during the construction phase.   In addition, we are flexible to our client’s individual needs, whether it’s to be hands-on in all design details and meetings, or to sit back and allow us to take on most of the decision making on their behalf.  

Fourth, we customize the selection process to meet our client’s needs.  We have worked with all types of clients: ones who like to travel to design centers and showrooms with us to make selections and those who would rather sit back and focus on a few specific areas that are important to them without getting involved in all decisions.  We even offer to send a spouse to the spa for the day, if they want to relax, while we work away at the selection process with the other!

Finally, we pride ourselves on excelling in communication with our clients.  We e-mail our clients a Bi-monthly Project Status Report outlining completed tasks, percentage of the design phase that has been completed, and what lies ahead in the following week.  At their leisure, clients feel informed and involved being abreast of their project and process.
